Global Workforce Management and HCM Consultancy

Founded in 2016 by Amanda T. Simms and headquartered in Valencia, Spain, Simms & Associates is a global Workforce Management (WFM) and Human Capital Management (HCM) consultancy. We help organisations improve workforce happiness, employee engagement, productivity and operational efficiency through strategic advisory, technology implementation and ongoing optimisation.

Our services span the complete workforce technology lifecycle. Inspire provides workforce strategy, readiness, analytics and governance advisory. Elevate delivers UKG implementations, integrations, localisation and multi-country rollouts. Evolve provides Application Managed Services, platform support and continuous optimisation after go-live.

Our cross-lifecycle expertise includes change management and training, people and adoption, data and intelligence, programme governance and localisation. The S&A-owned Kwenta Suite adds predictive workforce analytics, labour standards management and demand-data capture. We also implement and enable selected partner technologies, including WorkJam, TestAssure and Zaddons.
