How and why did our partnership initially come about? 

At Zaddons, we were focused on building a powerhouse ecosystem of strategic partnerships. The connection with Simms & Associates came naturally—some team members from both our companies were former UKG employees who had worked together in the past. During a UKG Sales Kickoff event, introductions were made, and as soon as our teams met, we knew this was the right fit. From those early conversations, we saw tremendous potential in the partnership, with our combined expertise covering different regions and industries.
