Navigating the Transition

Tufts University was in the process of implementing and migrating to UKG Pro WFM but encountered challenges when deciding on the most suitable scheduling software. With multiple considerations to take into account, they needed to determine which solution would best fit their operational requirements. Additionally, their existing governance structures and decision-making processes required careful evaluation to ensure a smooth transition and avoid potential roadblocks during implementation.
