Valencia, February 10, 2026 — Simms & Associates is proud to announce the appointment of Erin Oldershaw as Executive Vice President, Advisory Services & Learning Solutions, strengthening the company’s leadership following the recently completed merger with HROES. In this strategic role, Erin will lead and expand Simms & Associates’ capabilities in change management, strategic advisory, workforce analytics, training programs, vendor selection, and labour modelling.
Erin brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources strategy, operational excellence, and workforce transformation. With a strong track record of helping organisations align HR strategy with business outcomes, she brings a deep understanding of workforce challenges and opportunities across industries. Erin’s leadership will be instrumental in supporting Simms & Associates’ customers through complex organisational change and enhancing the company’s advisory and learning solutions portfolio.
