Valencia, 12 February 2026 — Simms & Associates today announced the appointment of George Denninghoff as Chief Strategy & Revenue Officer (CSRO), a newly elevated role designed to support the company’s next phase of global growth.

In this role, Denninghoff will be responsible for shaping and executing Simms & Associates’ enterprise growth strategy, aligning commercial priorities across regions, and accelerating revenue performance across solutions, services, and managed offerings. His focus will be on creating tighter alignment between strategy, go-to-market execution, and delivery—ensuring Simms & Associates continues to scale with clarity, consistency, and impact.

The appointment reflects Simms & Associates’ commitment to long-term, sustainable growth as organisations worldwide continue to invest in workforce management, analytics, and employee experience solutions.
