Our professional services span the full project cycle, from requirements identification to implementation, change management, user support, evaluation, and continuous improvement. With over 20 years of global experience, including projects in Canada, the U.S., Mexico, India, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, our boutique size coupled with enterprise capabilities allows us to focus on each customer’s individual needs, providing dedicated support and guidance.

Our journey began in 2015, when Amanda Simms founded this visionary venture.

Our diverse team is comprised of individuals who collectively speak over 20 languages, enabling us to effectively communicate and cater to the needs of our global customers in retail, hospitality, healthcare, and manufacturing.
