Partner in the Spotlight: WorkJam

Recently, we conducted a short interview with Madeline Niehaus, Strategic Alliance Manager [EMEA] at WorkJam. In this conversation, we explored her perspective and experience collaborating with Simms & Associates. This is what she shared with us.

What is it like to be partnered with Simms and Associates?

WorkJam loves partnering with Simms & Associates! S&A is always eager to collaborate with us on new opportunities and creatively strategize on ways to improve our clients’ experiences.

When did this collaboration begin?

Workjam and S&A have been partners and friends for years, beginning back in 2016.

How and why did our partnership initially come about?

We have been aligned from the beginning with Amanda and some of the WorkJam team going back many years. Another key driver is that we both work with common partners, like UKG, allowing both of us to bring our respective solutions and services together with absolute confidence. We love the opportunity to work with S&A and the value they can bring to our customers.

How do you envision the future of our collaboration, and what opportunities do you foresee?

We see WorkJam and S&A collaborating to bring new ideas and integrated solutions to our clients. S&A’s deep workforce management expertise around solutions like UKG is so important to WorkJam as we extend the power of WFM with our digital platform for the frontline workforce. Together we help customers drive efficiency, engagement and operational execution while improving the lives of their frontline workers.
