Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
- SEO: Optimize website content, landing pages, and other digital assets to improve search engine rankings.
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to engage with our target audience and drive conversions.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and websites.
- Content Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyze content marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Sales Enablement:
- Sales Decks: Create and maintain compelling sales presentations to support the sales team.
- RFP Management: Assist in the development and submission of RFPs (Requests for Proposal) to potential clients.
- Collateral Development: Design and update marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and product sheets, to support sales efforts.
Events:
- Online Events: Plan, coordinate, and manage webinars and virtual events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Offline Events: Support the organization and promotion of in-person events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer meetups.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Newsletters: Develop and distribute regular newsletters to keep our customers informed and engaged.
- CSAT: Monitor and report on customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, working with teams to improve customer experiences.
- Customer Stories: Identify and create compelling customer stories and case studies to showcase our products’ impact.
Qualifications
- Native proficiency in Spanish and fluency in English (written and verbal) or vice versa is essential.
- Proven experience in executing successful marketing campaigns and managing content across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
